Order Cancellation Policy
- Eligible shall be the orders (for a FULL REFUND including 100% of the Product price & 100% of the Shipping fee) that are canceled within 24 hours of “Order” & “Payment” confirmation.
- Eligible shall be the orders (for a PARTIAL REFUND including 75% of the Product price & 100% of the Shipping fee) that are canceled within 24 to 72 hours of “Order” & “Payment” confirmation.
- Eligible shall be the orders (for a PARTIAL REFUND including the Shipping fee only) that are canceled after 72 hours of “Order” & “Payment” confirmation or the 72 hours that have elapsed since the “Order” & “Payment” are confirmed.
- Ineligible shall be the orders for any refund (including both FULL & PARTIAL) that are already shipped when an order cancellation requisition is raised.
Note: It takes up to 5 business day to have the amount refunded, and we strongly anticipate your patience and cooperation in this regard.
