- Eligibility: Full refund of the product price and shipping fee.
- Note: Ideal for orders where production has not yet commenced.
- Between 24 to 72 Hours of Order Confirmation:
- Eligibility: 75% refund of the product price and full refund of the shipping fee.
- Note: Partial deductions account for materials procured and initial labor.
- After 72 Hours of Order Confirmation:
- Eligibility: Refund of the shipping fee only.
- Note: By this time, significant progress in production has been made, making cancellations more complex.
- Post-Shipment:
- Eligibility: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Note: At this stage, the product is en route, and cancellation is no longer feasible.

- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the approval of the cancellation request.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
